Growing up, I was always fascinated by design. Oil Painting, illustrating, and journaling are part of my passion. It's no secret that I watch a lot of Netflix shows (mostly historical and animated genre). I’m a samosa crust with ketchup person.

My personality is defined by my soft skills and imaginative thinking. I always look forward to learn something new everyday and reading lots of articles. Whenever I work, I will put my all into it.

Colors always attracts me from childhood, I use to scribble all over walls and sheets until then my mom introduced me to canvases and palettes.

While pursuing architecture, I was working on commission works. During Lockdown, I explored oil painting and illustrating my demons inside my brain. I did many art exhibitions, workshops for networking.

What made me switch from architect to product designer?

During my architecture Internship experience (4th year, 2022), I realized Interns/ Freshies entering the workforce are grilled with long working hours, resulting in a lack of work-life balance and low pay.

Although, little known about this harsh truth, my interest in architecture started fading in my late internship days and I had a year more to think about what could I do when I would be fresh out of architecture school.

How does Product Design work for me?

Finding what's right for me has always been my aim, whether it be in the fine arts, architecture, or design. After connecting all those dots, I decided to pursue product design.

As Architects are perfectly positioned to become UX designers thanks to the similarity in education, skill-sets, and experience required for both fields

From “Day in life of a UX Designer” to “What is IA” I researched extensively. I wanted to follow a structured path and I replied on various courses and find opportunities.

I pursed a product design course at Nextleap, so I'm eager to possibly work as an intern to improve my skills.
